Dennis has over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate and development. Dennis has developed Power centers, regional shopping centers, housing developments, industrial complexes and more.
He oversees each aspect of the development process personally, including the purchase of real estate, engineering, approvals, financing, construction and property management/leasing/sale. Dennis has become a master of commercial real estate processes and is able to execute large-scale land deals and real estate transactions at the highest level.
