Dennis Silicato.
President, CCIM
Dennis has over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate and development. Dennis has developed Power centers, regional shopping centers, housing developments, industrial complexes and more.
He oversees each aspect of the development process personally, including the purchase of real estate, engineering, approvals, financing, construction and property management/leasing/sale. Dennis has become a master of commercial real estate processes and is able to execute large-scale land deals and real estate transactions at the highest level. Through his experience and approach, he has developed long-standing relationships with national and local corporations and retailers.
Dennis holds a degree in Business and Economics from the University of Delaware. He earned his CCIM designation, he is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and is a licensed real estate broker in Delaware and Maryland. Dennis also sits on the Executive committee of Delaware’s County Bank.

Nicole Silicato Miller.
Vice President & Broker of Record
Nicole has over 15 years specializing in the leasing of shopping centers and office buildings throughout Maryland and Delaware. She leads new development projects from concept design through development and leasing.
Nicole is a Corporate Board member for the Boys & Girls Club of Delaware, a Founding member of the Great Futures Fund, and serves on the Board of Trustees for Worcester Preparatory School.
Nicole holds a BSBA from the University of Delaware and a JD from Widener University School of Law. She is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Delaware.

Leanne Silicato Prosser.
Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
Leanne specializes in project and property management of commercial shopping centers and office buildings throughout Maryland and Delaware. She leads development projects from concept through development and oversees property management.
Leanne is a magna cum laude graduate of Syracuse University (2003) with degrees in English Textual Studies and Inclusive Education. She previously owned Make My Day Event Planning and Maven Event Management & Consulting.
Leanne serves as a board member for Boys & Girls Club of Delaware, Oak Orchard/Millsboro Boys & Girls Club, and Beebe Medical Foundation Board of Directors. She is a Founding Director of The Great Futures Fund.

Michael Willey.
Vice President of Acquisitions
Michael Willey serves as Vice President of Acquisitions at Silicato Development, where he plays a key role in identifying and securing commercial real estate opportunities across Delaware and Maryland.
Based in Bethany Beach, Delaware, Michael brings extensive experience in commercial real estate from his previous roles at Patterson-Woods Commercial Properties/CORFAC International and Dunloe Ventures, LLC, among other organizations.
Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University.
