Silicato Development purchased the property of the old Napa store at Edward Street and Route 113 in Georgetown and leased it to Wawa — a project more than seven years in the making that the town had long wanted.
The building was demolished to make room for the brand-new Wawa, which welcomed its first customers in June 2023.
